Passing Of Patriarch Sfeir
His Beatitude Patriarch Nasrallah Sfeir passed away on Sunday May 12, 2019 at 2.55 am in Beirut at the age of 99.
His Biography:
Patriarch Sfeir was born on May 15, 1920.
On May 07, 1950 he was ordained priest.
On July 16, 1961 he was ordained as a bishop.
April 19. 1986 he was elected as Patriarch for the Maronite Church.
His Beatitude Patriarch Bechara Peter Rai, urges the Maronite Churches all over the world to pray for the repose of soul of Patriarch Sfeir.

The Funeral Service “Al Jennaz” Thursday May 15, 2019 at 5.00 pm at the Maronite Patriarchate in Bkerki, Lebanon.
