So many people know that the Church doesn’t approve contraception or artificial reproductive techniques but very few realize that when the Church says no to something, the Church has greater and more beautiful positive and alternatives to offer. Contrary to a lot of misconceptions, no institution in the world is for woman and for families as much as the Catholic Church is. We know well from the Gospels that Our Lord Jesus Christ had restored the dignity of woman and, His Bride the Church, continues today to uphold the dignity of women and marriage through its teachings that promote equality, respect and sanctity.

On Saturday, March 23rd2019, at Saint Maron in Philadelphia Pa, Dr. Monique Ruberu, NaProTECHNOLOGY Medical Consultant, did a presentation about a unique system of fertility regulation and a new woman’s reproductive health science based on over 40 years of research. The doctor shared her conversion story to a prolife doctor after she read the book, “the NaProTECHNOLOGY Revolution “. She shed light on the different approaches that all trained NaPro doctors take to treat real problems like infertility, recurrent miscarriages, polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD), premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and other health problems. The doctor shared a lot of stories of success and hope from her own personal practice.

Following the doctor’s presentation, Betsy shared her own testimony of miscarriage, secondary infertility and their hope-filled successful journey with Creighton Model System and NaProTECHNOLOGY .

On Saturday, May 4th, 2019, at Our Lady of Lebanon Cathedral in Brooklyn, NY, the Eparchy of Saint Maron and the diocese of Brooklyn cosponsored a similar seminar where Dr. Lenore Snowden was the keynote speaker. Dr. Lenore explained that the Creighton Model FertilityCare System is a direct response to the challenges of Humanae Vitae; Pope Paul VI in his famous encyclical condemned the use of contraception to plan the size of the family and he made an appeal to men of science to bring the teachings of the church regarding family planning to couples. Dr. Hilgers, inspired by this prophetic message of the Pope, started research which led to this first true system of natural family planning that also helps women evaluate, maintain and monitor their health.
